BRHB-12/630-20 environmental protection gas insulated AC metal enclosed switchgear is a high-quality product based on our company's experience in field service and design and construction of distribution network for many years.

Environmental conditions

Normal use environmental conditions

The maximum ambient air temperature shall not exceed 40 C, and the average value measured within 24 hours shall not exceed 35 C, and the minimum shall not be lower than-25 C;

The altitude does not exceed 1000m;;

Relative humidity: The daily average value does not exceed 95%, and the monthly average value does not exceed 90%.

Water vapor pressure: the daily average value does not exceed 2.2 kPa, and the monthly average value does not exceed 1.8 kPa.

The ambient air is not significantly contaminated by dust, smoke, corrosive and/or combustible gases, steam or salt spray.

The amplitude of electromagnetic interference induced in the secondary system shall not exceed 1.6 kV.


Special conditions of use

(1) When the ring network cabinet is installed in the area above 1000m above sea level, the orderer shall negotiate the factory conditions with the manufacturer and ask for relevant test reports;

(2) When the ambient maximum temperature exceeds 40, the rated current carrying capacity of the ring network cabinet must be reconfirmed by the manufacturer when ordering.


Scope of use

BRHB-12 ring network cabinet is used for cable lines, cable-to-overhead line segmentation, connection and load tapping in 12kV power system

Installation procedures and considerations


1.Placing the ring net cabinet on the foundation according to the arrangement sequence, adjusting the straightness and levelness, and then fixing the ring net cabinet on the foundation channel steel by bolts or other methods;

2.Connect cabinets with bolts;

3.When installing the main bus, open the top cover plate of the bus chamber and remove the bus pressing block, press each section of bus pipe on the contact box with the pressing plate in turn, adjust the size and press it, so as to

ensure that the bus is in a free state before pressing, and avoid harmful stress caused by different centers of each section of bus (although the spherical bus head has avoided the stress caused by different centers, attention should

be paid). The crimping surface should be flat and free of dirt, otherwise it should be cleaned. The crimping surface is

coated with Vaseline oil;

4.After making the cable head, fix it on the bracket, and the cable connection nose should be flat with the contact surface and fastened well. After completion, the cable room and the cable trench shall be packaged with partition boards;

5.Move the grounding bars in the cabinet to the right (or left) by two holes in turn and then fasten them respectively, so that the grounding bars of the whole row of cabinets are connected into a whole, and the grounding resistance in the inspection port cabinet should be less than 0.1 Q (the voltage drop should be 3 V when 30A is connected);

6.When the secondary cable enters the instrument room through the right front channel, it should be tied up in the channel, and the cable hole should be blocked after connecting the thread ends.


Users should provide the following materials when ordering

(1) Main circuit system diagram (main circuit scheme number can also be) and switch equipment layout diagram;

(2)Schematic diagram and terminal arrangement diagram of secondary circuit. If the microcomputer protection device is selected, it is necessary to explain the data transmission;

(3)The type, specification and quantity of electrical components equipped with switchgear;

(4)Specifications and quantities of accessories and spare parts required;

(5)If the switchgear is used under special environmental conditions, it should be explained in detail when ordering.
